Wow! What a sunny week. Please feel free to send in a water bottle with your child in this warm weather.
This week we have had a blast adding and subtracting. The students are becoming math masters so quickly. I know they will do well in first grade.
In social studies, we discussed maps and globes. The students were successful in their first attempt at map-making. They created some adorable "maps" of our classroom.
Be sure to check your child's book bag for information regarding Right to Read week and the Walk-a-thon/Field Day. These are sure to be fun events for all!
