First, I would like to say "Great job!" to both classes.  Each class had a guest teacher last Thursday and Friday, and they earned super reports!  I am so proud of them for making good choices and working hard.

Gingerbread time...Monday and Tuesday, we read seven different gingerbread tales.  Gingerbread Cowboy and the Gingerbread Girl were the overall favorites!  The classes enjoyed acting out "Five Little Gingerbread Men" while we practiced counting back from 5-0.  We will be partnering with the fourth graders to write our own gingerbread stories in the next few days--what fun!  Until break, we will be learning about Kwanzaa, Hannukah, and Christmas.  We will be having holiday fun!
